Research question
Which voicemail transcription errors are operationally dangerous for a virtual assistant: misspelled names, incorrect numbers, lost negation, or a wrong interpretation of urgency? Treating all errors as equal makes review inefficient. Treating a transcript as a verbatim record makes it unsafe.
